  • Incomplete forms may delay processing.
  • Completing the form is not a guarantee for services from the Honolulu Police Department.

We recommend that requests be submitted at least four weeks before the date of the event, BUT NO MORE THAN 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. We will do our very best and try to accommodate each request. However, we cannot make any guarantees due to overlapping requests or emergency cancellations. Also, please provide us with a local contact number.. Mahalo!
