Graduation Ceremony for 185th Police Recruit Class

After six months of intense academic work and physical fitness training, members of the 185th Police Recruit Class will soon be joining the ranks of Honolulu’s Finest.

A graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at the McKinley High School’s M.M. Scott Auditorium (1039 South King Street) at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public.

The graduating class is comprised of 14 recruits from all walks of life. The class includes a former NYPD officer, emergency medical technician, psychiatric technician, electrician, and adult corrections officer. The new officers will be assigned to the Field Training and Evaluation Program, where they will partner up with veteran officers to gain experience in the field.
