HPD Recruiting for Citizens Police Academy
The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) is accepting applications for its Citizens Police Academy (CPA). Find out what it’s like to be part of Honolulu’s finest. Spend 12 Wednesday evenings and two Saturdays in a hands-on learning environment. Citizens will learn what it takes to become a police officer, the history of HPD, and how different divisions do their jobs. Those attending CPA will also have a chance to solve a mock crime, experience emergency vehicle operations, and visit the police firing range. The next session begins on August 13.
