District 3 - Pearl City
District 3 covers the area from Red Hill to Village Park and Waipahu. which is a total area of 66 square miles with a population of 160,000 (2000 census).
Included in the district are 26 public schools and 4 neighborhood boards, ( Aiea No 20, Aliamanu/Salt Lake/Foster Village No. 18, Pearl City No. 21, and Waipahu No. 22).
