CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Fagaloa Faatelepu (also known as Frankie Tunoa) who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE Probation. He has eight prior convictions and is
known to frequent the Honolulu area.
