The heliport at the Alapai headquarters shall be operated in
accordance with this directive.
RESPONSIBILITIES

A. The commander of the Specialized Services Division
(SSD) shall be responsible for the use of the heliport
at the Alapai headquarters.

B. The SSD shall create procedures for the use of the
heliport in its manual of operations.

C. The SSD shall ensure that all policies and procedures
for the heliport are in compliance with the Federal
Aviation Administration and any other applicable
regulations/standards.
ACCESS

A. Only authorized SSD personnel shall be permitted access
to the heliport.

B. All other personnel requiring access to the heliport
shall receive prior authorization from the SSD
commander or designee.
