In ‘Remembrance’ of Kaulana Werner, Traffic Division, the Werner ‘Ohana, along with members of the Community, will be holding a ‘Sign Waving’ event to remind the general public to ‘Drive Safely’, ‘Yield to Pedestrians’ and to ‘NOT Drink and Drive’.
