CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who is wanted for Cruelty to Animals in the First Degree.

On Sunday, December 17, 2023, at approximately 6:30 a.m., the complainants discovered their horse laying on the ground on a farm lot in the Mokuleia area with an injury. Upon further examination, it was discovered that the horse had been shot with an arrow. Due to the severity of the injury, the horse was subsequently euthanized.
