Update / June 17, 2024: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Rinaldo Torres, who was wanted for Escape in the Second Degree. Torres was located and placed under arrest on Thursday, June 13, 2024.

News Release / June 13, 2024: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Rinaldo Torres, who is wanted for Escape in the Second Degree. On Monday, June 10, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Torres failed to return to the Oahu Community Correctional Center after receiving a work furlough pass for the day.
