Theft Suspect
On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at approximately 2:12 p.m., a male suspect took the complainant’s secured bicycle without permission from the University of Hawaii Manoa aquatic complex bicycle rack.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, facial hair, wearing a striped beanie cap, black t-shirt, white long-sleeve shirt, brown pants, and gray shoes.
