Theft Suspect

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at approximately 9:50 a.m., a female suspect approached the complainant in the parking lot at the Waipahu Festival Marketplace, and removed the complainant’s gold chain and Rolex watch from his person without permission after she had placed other jewelry she was trying to sell to him to try on. She then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Middle Eastern female, 20s to 30s, 5’0” to 5’2”, slim build, blond curly shoulder length hair, brown eyes, wearing a yellow long-sleeve inner shirt, white top, and white pants.
