Harassment Suspect

On Sunday, December 1, 2024, at approximately 12:15 a.m., a male suspect who was riding an OTS bus in the Waianae area began using vulgar and sexually explicit language directed at the bus driver. The male suspect was asked repeatedly to stop and only got off the bus when the driver informed him that she was calling the police.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, 5’8”, 250 lbs., husky build, wearing a black baseball hat, black long pants, black jacket with neon shirt under, and slippers.
