CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a male who is wanted for a Sexual Assault in the Fourth Degree which occurred in the Manoa area.

On Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at approximately 8:45 a.m., the complainant was using an ATM at the Manoa Shopping Center when an unknown male subjected her to sexual contact without her permission then fled.
