The District 1 Community Policing/Weed and Seed Team is actively engaged in the community through various projects and community programs. The team’s mission is to reduce crime, create safer neighborhoods, and to improve the quality of life for residents. This is achieved by establishing collaborative partnerships with community stakeholders and other law enforcement and government agencies.
