Update: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Kaena Kaoihana who was wanted for Escape in the Second Degree. On Sunday, October 20, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., HPD Officers were able to Kaoihana in the Aiea area and placed her under arrest for Escape in the Second Degree.

Original Post: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kaena Kaoihana who is wanted for Escape in the Second Degree.

On Thursday, October 10, 2024, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Kaena Kaoihana escaped from police custody at Pali Momi Medical Center in Aiea. Officers searched the surrounding area but were unable to locate her. Kaena Kaoihana was booked for an $11,000 warrant when she escaped.
