Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi, HPD personnel, and representatives from more than 25 departments will be at Kalani High School on April 13th at 6:30 pm to listen to the public's questions and concerns about the Kahala, Aina Haina, Niu Valley, and Hawaii Kai communities.
